So how is it that a teenager with an IEP can be held out of school for a month because of her behavior? Isnt that what an IEP is for, to accommadate kids with learning disabilities and emotional difficulties? And without a tutor?
I don't know if anyone has ever heard of the Rosie D. case but especially if you are from massachusetts you should read up on it a bit, its really captivating ( for people in the human service field for the most part:))
