The Rosie D. Lawsuit against the Romney administration is important because it came about because there were not enough services for families in need. "The lawsuit was
brought on behalf of eight named plaintiffs who were hospitalized or at risk of
hospitalization due to the state’s failure to provide needed services to allow them
to live at home and attend local schools". This is important for me to follow because it enacted a pilot program for in home therapy and mobile crisis intervention..( which for years that is what our program was all about). We have been doing this outreach program for six years and the in home therapy program just started in and or around july 2009. I work for the FIRSTeam which stands for Family Intensive Reunification Stabilization Team.
